Heat the oven to 200oC. Place the onion rings on a roasting tray and put them in the over to cook until crispy. Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Set the onion aside on a cold plate to cool. Cut the Twix biscuits into pieces roughly the same size as the chocolate pralines. In a bowl, combine the yoghurt with the cooled fried onion, mixing thoroughly. Pour into a decorative bowl and place in the centre of a plate. Arrange the Twix segments, chocolate pralines, and hot, crispy onion rings around the edge of the dish. Dip these in the onion yoghurt to eat, and enjoy them with a nice cup of Twix-infused black tea.
