INGREDIENTS:

  • Melton Mowbray pork pie
  • strawberries
  • can of royal game soup
  • bottle of Blue Nun white wine
  • raspberry fruit flakes
  • cocktail sausages
  • fresh basil

METHOD:

Pour the wine into a pan and add the raspberry fruit flakes. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer and reduce. On a chopping board, core the strawberries with a potato peeler and stuff them with the cocktail sausages. Cut the top off the pork pie and carefully scoop out the meat.
