Ready, Steady, Cook, who have our undying appreciation as without them this might never have happened.
Morrisons, the Bangor, Gwynedd store of which is a prime example of a Ready, Steady, Chuck!-compatible supermarket, providing perfect conditions for the preparation necessary for competitive Ready, Steady, Chuck! It's also obviously got very tolerant staff, and we appreciate that a lot.
Nice Cup of Tea And A Sit Down, a brilliant food-related site that we all greatly admire, and which we feel sure that everyone visiting the Ready, Steady, Chuck! pages must already be familiar with. But if you're not, be aware that it mostly concerns biscuits. And tea. And sitting down nicely.
Cheese On Tour, a very cheesy web site conceived by one of the greatest unsung geniuses of our time. Respect.
The Dice Man, a great book written by a brilliant mind, which definitely influenced the original thinking behind Ready, Steady, Chuck! Everyone should read this book, or at least roll some dice to decide whether or not they should.
Kraft Miracle Whip, without which some of this would not have been possible. Our links page would not be complete without paying due homage to this astonishing substance, which has a wide range of applications in and out of the kitchen. Miracle Whip is clearly a product that polarises opinion - you either love it or hate it (hmmm... now that sounds like something else...).
It's not hard to see why Weetabix is the UK's favourite breakfast cereal, but we know its uses are by no means restricted to the early morning meal. There's nothing quite like fried Weetabix, as Chef Kath will tell you.
Chutney, absolutely nothing to do with Ready, Steady, Chuck!, but possibly the best Indian restaurant in the world. Our celebrity chefs wouldn't go anywhere else! Be sure to tell them Andy sent you.
and finally...
Everyone at Ready, Steady, Chuck! headquarters understands that food allergies are very serious issues: several of our celebrity chefs, for example, suffer from nut allergies, lactose intolerance and, in at least one case that we are aware of, an extreme aversion to Kraft Miracle Whip. Allergy UK is a national medical charity established to represent the views and needs of people with allergy, food intolerance and chemical sensitivity. If, after enjoying our web pages, you feel any inclination whatsoever to contribute financially, we would be very happy for you to donate to this worthwhile cause.
